I’m not a gourmet chef, so I like recipes that aren’t complex, contain normal ingredients, and that taste good! I’ve tried some horrible “protein cupcakes” and various imitation recipes like “fake potatoes.” I’m not going to waste my time or calories on something that doesn’t taste good! Also, I’ve noticed many fitness sites posting recipes that claim to be “healthy,” but are actually still loaded with sugar, fat, carbs, or other unhealthy ingredients. Just because you add protein powder to brownies, it doesn’t make “protein brownies” automatically healthy!
